New Yolk is the vintage New York subway inspired restaurant serving up egg based dishes. The menu features breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that are all egg based, as well as appetizer and cocktail selections. New Yolk’s menu has been separated into 3 categories, Uptown, Midtown, and Downtown, which gave inspiration for the naming of the dishes in the given section. New Yolk is an exciting and historical restaurant that aims to grab the attention of its guest through vintage photography and the feel of classic New York. Throughout the development of this identity, there was a lot of research, both in historical context as well as photographic. The design for New Yolk is truly inspired by the vintage day to day life of a commuting New Yorker and aims to create a modern atmosphere to reflect on these historical times.
